We are care coordinators. We identify, organize, and implement services that support independence for people who are frail, recovering from an illness or injury, or who have a chronic ailment. We specialize in supporting long-distance caregivers.
How it Works
Your Personal Assistant is the "project manager" that coordinates the things you find difficult to do without assistance.
This includes all aspects of your life, from finding a ride to church to arranging skilled nursing care in your home. Since we reach out to all the resources in your community you have easy access to specialized professionals and free or low-cost community services.
And since your Personal Assistant knows your interests and preferences, she keeps you informed of opportunities to participate in the vitality of the Charlottesville area.>/
You pay outside vendors directly and only pay Care is There for the coordination services performed by your Personal Assistant.
Lifestyle Coordination is available in Lifestyle Packages which can be customized to fit your needs. In addition, services can be purchased individually on an as-needed basis.
